On it, you can find lots of information about Folk-music from all over Europe, but also from the other continents. CD-reviews, giglist, band-info, lots of magnificent concert-pics, interviews... The site is written in Dutch, and has about 2000 unique visitors a week.
Belgium has a very vivid folkscene. As the country lies in the middle of Europe, the 'own' traditional music is blended with influences from France, Scandinavia, Ireland, Scotland, England, Wales, Galicia... If you click on 'Groepen Benelux' you will find links to the most important of these Belgian groups.
